The Hideaway Farm is the perfect place for your next corporate, concert, or wedding event. We have two main spaces that can accommodate a variety of event sizes and styles.

Occupancy

  • 160 for table layout

  • 300 for concert layout

Parking

  • Paved parking for 25 cars. (including handicap spaces)

  • Parking for 300 plus cars on crusher rock, and can accommodate another 200 cars using part of the lawn.

Rental Includes

  • Usage of the entire space – However, there is limited usage of the Farmhouse (1st floor only), Jamaica Hut and Ticket Booth.

  • Audio will be set up and run by STM

  • Usage of available furnishings

  • 180 - folding chairs

  • 10-60” round folding tables

  • 4 - two-person benches

  • 2 - rocking chairs

  • 5 - picnic tables (4 with umbrellas)

  • 6 - 12’ wood tables

  • 2 - large cooler bins for drinks

Days Open to Rental

  • Monday – Friday: All day

  • Saturday: Private use after 4:00p.m., (once guests touring our Museum have left.)

    *Depending on size of event, all-day exclusive on Saturday might be possible.

Seasonality

  • Suitable from Mid-April to Mid-October.

  • Hideaway Farmhouse Tour for your guests during a designated 2-hour period
